Tracey is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience working in an outpatient community mental health clinic providing individual and family therapy. Tracey has provided therapy in school based setting as well as providing early childhood mental health consultation in Head Start schools.

Tracey works with children, adolescents, and adults, and providing family therapy as needed when working with children and adolescents. She has experience working within a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, anger management, grief/loss, relationship issues, self-esteem, and adjustment disorders.

Tracey believes in the importance of building a client-therapist relationship and creating a safe space for the client to help them reach their therapy goals. Tracey believes in blending different aspects of multiple therapeutic approaches to best meet the client’s needs.

Tracey earned her Master’s in Counseling from Loyola University and Bachelors in Psychology from Stevenson University.

Robert is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who earned his MA in Counseling Psychology from Towson University. Before becoming a mental health therapist, Robert received a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from UMBC and understands the importance of integrating concepts of community, culture and meaning-making into clinical practice. Robert specializes in individual and group therapy with specific expertise in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, relationship issues and addiction.

Robert uses an individualized, integrative approach to psychotherapy – utilizing CBT, narrative therapy, and strength-based approaches to provide clients with the tools they need to heal, improve self-esteem, set and maintain healthy boundaries, and to feel better equipped to deal with the challenges of daily life. Robert understands that safe, non-judgmental spaces are required in order to best help clients explore issues of gender and sexuality, as well as to process trauma. Robert also welcomes non-native English speakers and clients whose country of origin is outside of the U.S.

I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, The Seven Challenges, and Mediation and specialize in working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, parenting issues, school issues, marital issues and life cycle transitions.

I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Work from Western Maryland College and my Masters in Social Work from University of Maryland School of Social Work. I have a certificate in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), The Seven Challenges, Family Mediation, and am a Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners Approved Supervisor. I developed my expertise working with youth in Baltimore and have extensive experience in managing clinical programs within local youth serving organizations as well as in the coaching, developing and mentoring of clinical leaders in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. I am currently licensed in Virginia and Maryland.

Theodora has over 20 years of experience in the Mental Health field. She is a National Certified Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the District of Columbia, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. 

Theodora is a trained Diagnostician who has served a wide population of children and adults in DC and MD.  Her area of specialization is in Adjustment D/O, anxiety, depression, work life balance, behavioral concerns, stress management, mood disorders, relational, interpersonal and social conflicts.  She also works with victims of Domestic abuse, and PTSD. Her theoretical approach is eclectic. She meets the client where they are, and assists them in developing strength based techniques in reaching their goals in a non judgmental environment.

Theodora provides services to Individuals, families and couples.

Treatment focuses on client centered solution-focused and behavior modification techniques.

Kristina joined Cedar Ridge Counseling Centers in 2014. She has worked in different areas of the therapeutic world including psychiatric rehabilitation facilities, substance abuse centers, the public school system and outpatient mental health clinics. Kristina has experience working with individuals with anxiety disorders, panic disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, co-occurring disorders, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, interpersonal issues, and self-esteem issues. Kristina has experience working with all populations but specializes in working with adults. Her approach consists of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and Rogerian therapy. Kristina believes in helping a person improve their own sense of self in order to create a better quality of life.

Kristina earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clemson University in 2007, and went on to obtain her Masters in Counseling Psychology at Towson University in 2009. She obtained her LCPC in June 2013. She is a member of the American Counseling Association.
