Nikolay Sergeevykh, LCPC

Kelly specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, and the challenges that come with life transitions. She works primarily with adults (18+), offering a safe, non-judgmental space for personal growth and healing.
She utilizes a combination of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness practices, tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in a collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered philosophy, where you will work together to identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop skills for long-term well-being.
She is deeply motivated by the opportunity to empower clients to recognize the tools they already possess and to equip them with new strategies for achieving a healthier, more balanced life. Her goal is to help you find clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
My approach to therapy is to be able to provide a safe, supportive, accepting, and positive space for you to discuss your concerns. I recognize that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy and find it important to collaborate with you. I am compassionate, solution-focused, and experienced in a full range of evidence-based therapies.
I also enjoy using grounding and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques. I work with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, adjustment disorder, relationship issues, divorce, grief, and trauma. I also have worked with many couples in couples and marriage counseling the last several years.
