I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in Baltimore, Maryland. I have many years of experience providing individual therapy, couples therapy and family therapy. I believe in the eclectic therapeutic approach as each client’s situation and goals are unique. I believe in addressing my client’s needs from a strength-based perspective. I value the importance of developing trust in the client/therapist relationship by providing empathy, support and encouragement.

My areas of expertise include alcohol and substance use treatment, dual diagnosis, trauma, depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, anger management, stress management, relational and family conflict.

Luke Otterbein is a licensed clinical social worker who has been practicing since 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UMBC and a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, where he specialized in behavioral health.

Luke began his career at Sheppard Pratt, providing inpatient psychiatric care for young adults experiencing acute mental health crises. There, he collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care and ensure safe, supportive discharge planning. He later transitioned to outpatient therapy in a primary care setting, where he supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Luke takes a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy {IPT). His work is grounded in helping clients build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate a deeper sense of agency and fulfillment.

Jessica Luty-Kabrhel (LCSW-C) brings over two decades of therapeutic expertise to her practice. Holding a Master’s degree in Social Work from Smith Colllege, she has dedicated her career to helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges. In addition to individual therapy, she has been a mentor and supervisor for fellow therapists for the past 15 years. Specializing in trauma recovery, relationships to self and others, life transitions, and depression, Jessica employs a curious, caring, person-centered, holistic approach.

Jessica aims to empower clients to find peace, healing, self-acceptance, and fulfillment in all areas of life. She practices with the mission of helping clients feel most free. Clients describe her as warm, thoughtful, genuine, and relatable in her approach ot therapy and appreciate her belief that each client is the expert in their own mental health. Her years of experience inform her approach and she practices with a keen sense of gratitude for the privilege of helping people live better, happier, and lighter lives.

Seth Ditman has been a licensed mental health clinician since 2018. Seth earned a bachelor’s in social work with a minor in psychology from UMBC. He continued his graduate work at the University of Maryland, School of Social Work with a focus in clinical work with a concentration in children and families, completing his Master’s program in 2018. Following his education, Seth launched his career working for the State of Maryland in child welfare. It was here where Seth collaborated with families to address risk and safety in the home while providing clinical services to build family cohesion.

Along with his work in child welfare, Seth’s primary experience comes from providing outpatient mental health services. He utilizes evidenced based therapeutic constructs such as Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He is strength based and client focused in his work. Seth specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, addictions, self-esteem, and developing strategies for life satisfaction. He enjoys working with all age groups but has more experience working with teenagers, young adults, and middle aged adults.

Seth believes everyone can benefit from psychotherapy, as life can be complex and unpredictable.
