I began my career providing inpatient psychiatric care for young adults experiencing acute mental health crises before transitioning into outpatient therapy. That experience helped shape a calm, grounded, and collaborative approach to supporting clients through both immediate distress and longer-standing emotional struggles.
My work is primarily informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on helping people develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions rather than remaining stuck in cycles of anxiety, avoidance, or self-criticism. I also bring an attachment-informed and trauma-informed perspective to therapy, which helps guide my work with relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, and avoidance.
I strive to create a space that feels supportive, genuine, and collaborative while helping clients move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with their values. I work with clients ages 14 and up and offer a brief consultation call for those interested in getting started.
