Amy is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She obtained her LCSW in 2016 and her LCSW-C in 2019. Her practice has increasingly focused on supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, OCD-related concerns, life stressors, and significant life events and transitions.

Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals and families experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related responses, attention difficulties, behavioral challenges, and the emotional impact of life changes.
Amy takes a collaborative approach to therapy and works with clients to better understand their experiences, identify their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful goals. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, solution-focused approaches, and person-centered techniques, tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals. Amy has participated in training related to OCD and anxiety, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and continues to expand her knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development.

Amy enjoys helping clients better understand themselves, build effective coping strategies, navigate difficult transitions, and develop greater confidence in managing life’s challenges.
