Kelly Keys, LCSW-C

Kyla Duhart LCSW, Cedar Ridge Counseling

Hi there! My name is Kelly Keys and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with 9 years of experience providing outpatient mental health services in both school-based settings and private practice. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University.

I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults, with clinical focus areas including ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions and trauma. My approach emphasizes building a strong therapeutic alliance rooted in authenticity, acceptance, and collaboration, with attention to meeting clients where they are developmentally and emotionally.
I primarily utilize evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered interventions to support clients in exploring the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My treatment style is skills-oriented and designed to promote emotional regulation, stress management, improved interpersonal functioning, mindfulness, and increased self-acceptance.

I incorporate creative and experiential interventions to support engagement and expression, particularly with children and adolescents. If you are seeking a therapist who provides individualized, developmentally informed, and evidence-based care, I may be a great fit!

Hello. I am Rachel Killette, an LGPC who is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space for healing and growth. I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds who are navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and the everyday challenges that come with life transitions and family changes. I also support individuals who are seeking deeper self-understanding, clarity, and a stronger sense of purpose.

My approach is grounded in systemic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I pay close attention to the systems, environments, and lived experiences that shape who we become, while also empowering clients to challenge unhelpful patterns and build new ways of thinking. I believe that with support, consistency, and a willingness to explore what’s beneath the surface, we can reframe our stories, replace what no longer serves us, and gently begin to rewire our internal world toward healing and wholeness.
