Kyla Duhart LCSW, Cedar Ridge Counseling
Dr. Holly Chalk works with adolescents, adults, and couples. Holly has experience working with clients who experience depression, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, relationships issues, personality disorders, and substance abuse. She provides individual and couple counseling in the Westminster office, as well as via Telehealth. She approaches therapy from a client-centered approach and uses primarily cognitive behavioral interventions.

She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University in 2001 and received a Masters and Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Ohio State University in 2007. During her years of practice, Holly has worked with clients at the Baltimore Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Miami University Counseling Services, and Mount Carmel Behavioral Healthcare. She is currently a faculty member in the psychology department at McDaniel College.
