Dr. Chalk works with adults, late-adolescents, and couples. She completed her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University in 2001 and received a Masters and Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Ohio State University in 2007.

Holly works with clients who experience depression, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, sexual assault/trauma, adjustment disorders, relationships issues, personality disorders, and substance abuse.

During her years of practice, Holly has worked with clients at the Baltimore Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Miami University Counseling Services, and Mount Carmel Behavioral Healthcare in Ohio, along other sites. She is currently a faculty member in the psychology department at McDaniel College and sees clients at Cedar Ridge in the Westminster location.
